I will always do my best to be fair and helpful and give you a quality item.

How do I post feedback on the artwork I bought from Outlook8studio?

If you want to give feedback to the artist, please email your thoughts about the artwork via my contact page I am always interested in hearing from you about how my work has been received.

Gallery Quality Artworks. All of my paintings on stretched canvas arrive ready to hang. I use only professional grade canvas which is stretched onto strong wooden support frames. The canvas is gallery wrapped around staple free, painted edges for a modern, gallery style presentation. There is no need for framing.

Other artworks are on gesso-primed board or acid – free papers of which, some are professionally framed with a modern white-washed pine frame. All this is included in the price. Others are unframed and this will be noted in the description of the work. All work is signed and a “Certificate of Authenticity” will accompany each artwork as proof of originality.

All of my sculptures are made from found objects , recycled or new materials. All pieces are well secured using quality, glues and hardware and will be well packaged for shipping.

The Ordering Process- How to Order

The easiest and most efficient way to place an order is to do so online. It is easy, safe and secure! When you are ready to place an order, simply press the “Add to Cart” button to add the artwork from my Gallery page to start the check out process. You will then be directed to PayPal’s secure site where you can pay via your PayPal account or, credit or debit card of your choice. No PayPal account is needed.

How secure is the PayPal site?

PayPal will then email you a confirmation email receipt. I will also contact you by email within 24 hours to confirm your purchase. Once payment is received and cleared your order will be shipped within 3- 5 business days. I will contact you again once shipped and give you a tracking number.

Payment Policy

All prices are in AU dollars.

Orders will not be shipped until payment is received and cleared. Payment for a purchase is required within 3 days.

Delivery Times

Australia – usually within 4-10 days

International depending on country usually within 7-21 days of payment clearance. Some countries/areas may be delayed due to customs examinations. Please email me to let me know you received the artwork or, if I need to chase it up for you.

I ship with Australia Post, includes tracking within Australia, or a courier company for items larger than 1 meter  100cm. –  39″

NOTE – Express Post, Tracking, Signature and insurance is included in postage costs for artworks over $500.00.

Other artworks, if, Express Post, Tracking and Signature is included in the shipping costs, it will be shown on the description page of each item. You can also upgrade to include insurance.  Please contact me info@outlook8studio.com prior to purchase with your address and I will quote you the extra cost.

International Duties

All customs and tax costs to your country are paid by the purchaser. In some cases you may be required to pay local or national import duties or taxes to your local customs office. I have no means to determine in advance if you will be taxed or what these taxes may amount to.

Returns & Refund

Outlook8studio is committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our art collectors.

Once you’ve received an original artwork, you have three (3) days to decide whether or not, you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund. (After this time refunds are unavailable) You may return any eligible artwork, provided that it is returned to the artist in its original condition and packaging.

If you decide to return it, simply notify me info@outlook8studio  first about your concerns, within three (3) days of receiving the purchase. I will then provide instructions on how and where to send it.

Items need to be returned within 7-10 days Australia, 21-24 days International.

Shipping, handling, and return insurance must be paid and provided by buyer. Refunds are only given if artwork is returned in original packaging and in the exact condition received and will be inspected in order to receive a refund minus any shipping and insurance costs.

I do not refund or exchange for damage to artwork through delivery.

If insured, any damage through delivery will be the responsibility of Australia Post and or their contractors or agents.( Please take photographs of all damage for insurance claims) and keep all original packaging, as all claims for refund will be followed up with them.

Depends on your computer, the colour of the artwork maybe slightly different from the actual artwork. I try to get the image as close as possible to actual colors.
