Gallery Quality  All of my paintings on canvas arrive wired and ready to hang. I use only professional grade canvas which is stretched onto strong wooden support frames. The canvas is gallery wrapped around staple free, painted edges for a modern, gallery style presentation. There is no need for framing. Other paintings are on gesso-primed board which, some are professionally framed with a modern white-washed pine frame. All this is included in the price. Others are unframed and this will be noted in the description of the work. All  work is signed and a “Certificate of Authenticity” will accompany each artwork as proof of originality. All of my sculptures are made from found objects , recycled or new materials. All pieces are well secured using quality, glues and hardware and will be well packaged for shipping.

The Ordering Process- How to Order

The easiest and most efficient way to place an order is to do so online. It is easy, safe and secure! When you are ready to place an order, simply press the ”Buy Now” button to add the artwork from my Buy Art page to start the check out process. You will then be directed to Paypal’s secure site where you may use the credit card of your choice. No paypal account is needed.

Paypal will email you a confirmation email receipt. I will also contact you by email within 24 hours to confirm your purchase. Once payment is received and cleared your order will be shipped within 3- 5 business days.

Australian Customers   Direct bank deposit is also available for Australian customers only. Please contact the artist directly before going through checkout at info@outlook8studio.com for bank details.

Delivery Times

Australia – usually within 4-10 days

International depending on country usually within 7-35 days of payment clearance. Some countries/areas may be delayed due to customs examinations. Please email me to let me know you received the artwork or, if I need to chase it up for you.

Shipping

Art is sent within Australia and overseas using Auspost or a courier company. If you would like your artwork registered and /or insured please contact me prior to purchase with your address and I will quote you the extra cost.

Please Note  If I over quote shipping costs for Australian and International customers, by more than $5 I will refund the extra cost to the buyer via Paypal.

International Buyers  Larger “paintings” and “sculpture” are sent overseas using Express Post International and takes around 5-10 days for delivery. Tracking Details will be emailed to you upon the work being sent off.  I only charge the one price for tracking shipping no matter how many artworks are sent.

For extra large Items more than 1 Metre x 1 Meter I use a freight transport company. Please contact me info@outlook8studio.com  for the shipping costs. All artworks will be packed professionally for international shipping. The packaging and shipping costs are paid by the purchaser.

All customs and tax costs to your country are paid by the purchaser.

International Duties In some cases you may be required to pay local or national import duties or taxes to your local customs office.  We have no means to determine in advance if you will be taxed or what these taxes may amount to.  We recommend you research and contact your local customs bureau to determine if you will be required to pay any additional duties.

Returns & Refunds  100% Money Back if you are not happy with your painting within the first 3 days of receiving your works. Contact me within 3 days of receiving the purchase to let me know the reason you wish to return it including a couple of photos depicting any concerns, and I will provide instructions on how and where to send it.

However, returns are not accepted for change of mind . The purchaser then has the right of returning the artwork and having the purchase price (less return packaging, handling and delivery costs,insurance costs) refunded when artwork is returned to me in an undamaged condition.

Purchaser pays for all return shipping, tracking and insurance.

Please Note I go to great lengths to make sure my items are received in the same beautiful condition as they were sent. I will always wrap and package my precious artwork professionally and double check all address’s for domestic and international transport. My Order is Later than Expected  If your order hasn’t reached you within 14-21 business days, the best first step is to contact your local post office in case they are holding the package for you. You’d be surprised how often this is the case!

If you feel that your order is taking much longer than it should, you’ve allowed a reasonable time for your local customs to checkout your artwork, and your local post office was not able to help,convo me and Ill see what I can do. When contacting me, please let me know your full correct delivery address so I can help you as soon as possible.

Depends on your computer, the colour of the artwork maybe slightly different from the actual artwork
