Australian clients (All inclusive of shipping, insurance, packaging & delivery costs)

Works purchased through our online shop will be processed and shipped once full payment has been received. A purchase is not considered complete until you have received confirmation of your order via email from Outlook8studio.

International Clients

For postage outside of Australia please request a quote. Please contact Outlook8studio email prior to purchase with your address and I will quote you the extra cost for shipping to your location.

Delivery Times

Australia – usually within 7-14 days

International depending on country usually within 14-30 days of payment clearance. Some countries/areas may be delayed due to customs examinations. Please email to let us know you received the artwork, or, if I need help to chase it up for you.

Returns

Returns Policy

At Outlook8studio we ask you to choose carefully. 

Under the Australian Consumer Law, Outlook8studio is not required to provide a refund or replacement for an incorrect choice or, change of mind.  But you can choose a refund if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the artwork seen online, or it’s description.
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Our artworks are originals and can not be replaced.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like a refund (relating to the reasons above) you are responsible for shipping / handling fees of the item and must do this within 14 days. At this time there are no returns on special orders, sale items, or orders shipped outside of Australia.

How to Return Artworks

Please email us within 3 days of receiving your artwork stating that you wish to return the artwork and the reason for the return (After this time refunds are unavailable)

Please carefully package the artwork in the original packaging along with your receipt. All items need to be returned within 14 days Australia, via a track-able and insured shipping carrier, and the tracking information to be provided to our email

Damaged items

If the item arrives to you and is faulty or broken please email us. You will need to provide to us contact details, description of the major problem, photographic evidence, and a receipt). Again, this must be done within 14 days.

Return it to us in the same condition it arrived and you will be fully refunded for the artwork less any shipping or insurance costs. Outlook8studio will not not accept returns for items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging or not insured.

At Outlook8studio we spend a lot of time to make sure the image of the artwork you see online, is as close as possible, to the original artwork you will receive. Obviously sometimes different monitors can show a different quality of colour. 

Payment Policy

All prices are in AU dollars. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received and cleared. Payment for a purchase is required at time of purchase.

Delivery

Outlook8studio uses Australia Post, specialist artwork transporters and courier’s dependant on each artwork and delivery location.  Delivery times for artworks is between 1 – 3 weeks for Australian Metro areas. Delivery to regional areas may take longer. International deliveries will be organised on an individual basis, please contact email for further information on shipping to your destination. Delivery times on the website are indicative only. As delivery is done by an external party, Outlook8studio cannot be held responsible for any failure to observe those delivery times.

International Duties

All customs and tax costs, restrictions, licences, duties and/or government charges that may apply to your country are paid by the purchaser. I have no means to determine in advance if you will be taxed or what these taxes may amount too.

The Ordering Process- How to Order

The easiest and most efficient way to place an order is to do so online. It is easy, safe and secure! When you are ready to place an order, simply press the Buy Now button to add the artwork from our Portfolio  page to start the check out process. You will then be directed to PayPal’s secure site where you can pay via your PayPal account, or, credit or debit card of your choice. No PayPal account is needed. PayPal will then email you a confirmation email receipt. I will also contact you by email within 24 hours to confirm your purchase. Once payment is received and cleared your order will be shipped within 3- 7 business days. We will contact you again once shipped and give you a tracking number.

About the Artworks

Gallery Quality Artworks

All of my paintings on stretched canvas arrive ready to hang. I use only professional grade canvas which is stretched onto strong wooden support frames. The canvas is gallery wrapped around staple free, painted edges for a modern, gallery style presentation. There is no need for framing.

Framed Artworks.

All this is included in the price. If framed, this will be noted in the description area of the artwork. Other artworks are on gesso-primed board, of which, some are professionally framed with a modern white-washed pine frame. All this is included in the price. If framed this will be noted in the description of the work.

Drawings & Mixed Media

All works are made from recycled and acid – free papers, including, high quality water- colour papers. All artwork is signed and a “Certificate of Authenticity” will accompany each artwork as proof of originality.

Sculpture

All of my sculptures are made from found objects , recycled or new materials.  All pieces are well secured using quality, glues, welding, stitching and hardware and will be well packaged for shipping.
